Heading off the Voter Fraud claims from the Right before they begin

We have chronic unsubstantiated, unsupported claims by the right of voter fraud stealing elections from right wing nut extremist candidates. The right has a hard time accepting the reality - they hold a minority opinion which tends to be offensive to the majority of Americans.

But it has been largely the Republicans who engage in election fraud and/or election tampering, and get caught - and prosecuted - not Democrats. It appears there may have been some of those key swing vote states where that was attempted again.

While I don't have any instances (yet) of Florida and voting machine malfunctions and fraud, there were plenty of other examples of the Florida Secretary of State disenfranchising voters, and failing to properly and fairly conduct elections. But for now, I'll just focus on the examples below of apparent election tampering for Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado......and some older videos showing why all states should provide the kind of paper ballot we use here in MN. We can deal with the other states, and the other kinds of election fraud and election tampering separately.

It is worth noting that the patches were finally challenged in court just recently, but the lawsuit was tossed because it was not proven that the uncertified, experimental patch DID cause voter fraud.  Of course, that information was not available to the plaintiff in the suit.  Seriously - can you imagine the screams of outrage if it were a Democratic Secretary of State doing this, rather than a Republican?
And the conservatives wonder WHY we call them hypocrites?
I haven't tracked down the judge who made the above legal ruling, but my expectation at this point is that it will turn out to be a very partisan Republican judge.  Experimental software has no business being tested on election results during an election; there is more than enough time to do that AFTER the election results are in, tabulated, and certified.

After this, I hope there is a good turnout to turnout of office all of these corrupt and incompetent Republican Secretaries of State - and the right wing nut governors who were elected along with them.
