We still have less than 100% of precincts reporting (why so late?) and while Michele Bachmann is claiming victory, and the wire services and other media have called the election, I have not yet seen (as of this writing) a concession speech from Jim Graves.
Looking at the reported gap between the two candidates, depending on how many absentee votes have been received and counted, and the results of the remaining precinct(s), it will be interesting to see what the final numbers are.
Given this is Bachmann, and the predilection for election tampering on the right, I'm skeptical of the win, and still hoping for a recount.
