So THAT'S WHY the Republicans Fear Voter Fraud!!!!

But this is STILL no justification for Voter ID.  Because this proves the system works!

Nevada has a system very much like our CURRENT system where there is only limited need to provide voter ID, as with same day voting.

Woman Arrested for Trying to Vote More Than Once

LAS VEGAS -- Secretary of State Ross Miller's office is reporting that a southern Nevada woman has been arrested on charges of trying to vote more than once.
According to the secretary, the state's Election Integrity Task Force arrested 56-year-old Roxanne Rubin, a registered Republican, late Friday afternoon at the Riviera Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
She attempted to vote twice, once at the Anthem Community Center and then at another location on Eastern Avenue. She was walked out of the Riviera about 4 p.m.
According to the Secretary of State's office, Rubin voted about Oct. 29 at the Anthem Community Center in Henderson and then later on the same day she tried to vote a second time, this time at a polling place at 9725 S. Eastern Avenue.
Through a search of the computer database, the poll worker noted Rubin had already voted.
The poll worker told authorities that Rubin, when told she had already voted, responded that she had not. Rubin, according to the secretary of state office, insisted she had not yet voted and insisted she be allowed to vote.
The poll workers did not allow her to vote and reported the incident to the Clark County Registrar's Office.
"There are two important points worth noting in this case," said Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller in a statement. "First, is that as we've said and demonstrated in the past, we take all elections complaints very seriously and investigate them thoroughly. Second, this demonstrates the integrity of the system. Someone thought that by going to two different locations they'd be able to cast two ballots. The system immediately caught that, the task force responded, and an arrest was made."
Ross added that the task force has at least one other case of voting or attempting to vote twice in an election under investigation.
Rubin declined 8 News NOW's request for an interview. She was taken to the Clark County Detention Center on a charge of voting more than once in the same election, a Class D felony.
