Cheesiest arguments for what is legal and illegal

It really all comes down to money, not what harms or does not harm people.  The HuffPo fact checked this.  The ban on certain cheeses dates back to 1949, and related to problems with unpasteurized milk used to produce the cheeses.  The enforcement of the cheese ban relates to a trade dispute, not apparent continuing safety issues. Two people died, years ago, from eating cheese; an approximately 450,000 people have died in the same interval from guns.
