The right wants to redefine rape to make more kinds of rape legal - date rape, statutory rape, drugging and otherwise stealth incapacitation rape, by limiting rape to only the most obvious violence. Add to this their efforts to force women and girls to continue pregnancies resulting from rape, and to have to share custody of the children resulting from rape with their rapists, and clearly, being able to go for a walk when one chooses is something utopian in a right wing male dominant world.
