The chart on the right is the absolute minimum temperature from March 20, 2013.
The chart on the left from March 2012 shows which temperatures were *above average or below average* in that month. It is NOT a temperature chart - as it turns out, the average temperature in Minneapolis in March 2012 was not 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
