Probably loves guns and hates both women and gays.
Probably a tea partier who believes right wing propaganda and conspiracy theories.
Probably identifies himself as a self-styled patriot, and most likely a Christian.
The kind who doesn't know anything of substance or accuracy about either subject.
In other words, this is a low education, low information, right wing bigoted voter.
The tragedy is that there are so many of them, especially among that 47% that Romney disdains.
What will these voters do if they ever figure out how much Romney and the right 1% despises them as losers and takers and moochers?

ReplyDeleteAs I have been very busy here of late (working 10 ½ to 11 ½ hours per day) this is the first time in a while to be able to respond to one of your postings.
As I have said for a while that in the area where my farm is, those who claim Tea Party affiliations are really the Sons and Daughters of the old Klansmen in the area. This is the area of the escaped slaves of Harriet Tubman, and Fredrick Douglass. Of course these Tea Party Klansmen are still uneducated and have been exposed to nihilistic anti-black stereotypes all their lives and also because they listen to Conservative Talk Radio and Fox Propaganda, thinking they are well informed.
I remember one of Rush Limbaugh’s shows where he said he could get rid of all unemployment in one felled swoop. Yes if we did this one thing, we could get rid of all unemployment, welfare, and government supported programs……All we have to do is expand the NBA by 100,000 teams!!! “Snicker Snicker, Smirk Smirk…..Wink Wink, Nudge Nudge.” WHAT BRILIANCE RUSH…..NO how about RACIST statement Gush Limblob.
Getting back to the Tea Party Klansmen members on the Eastern Shore of Maryland; The last lynching was during my mother’s time in 1936. They took a black man right out of jail and hung him before the man could even have a trial. The Sons and Daughters of those of the time are wishing they could do this to the Black President of our Country. That would make their Klansmen Daddies or Grand Daddies Proud!!

DeleteWhen I taught in MN I had a kid in class with direct connections to the KKK.. The kid had a right to voice his opinion up until a point. What is the point? And I mean, KKK, what is the point? If you can't win the game of life without cheating it's time to give it up. Say goodbye to hate and figure out how to make it better. Of course, I do know that KKK activity is clearly against the law and many actions are a hate crime. Incidentally, Minnesota Majority (associated with Wallbuilders Christian org yes?) was and is against hate crime regulation.
