Strictly speaking, Romney did not invent Romney care; it was an idea advanced by a right wing think tank, after being successful in other countries like Switzerland. It is one more example of right wing screaming hypocrisy, inconsistency, contradiction, and just plain bloody-minded obstructionism that puts their failed ideology ahead of the national good.
